"My husband is a musician in a rock band. We are both extremely pleased with where our careers have taken us and are very supportive of each other. I love the look of surprise I get from colleagues when they learn that my husband is a drummer. I equally love when he accompanies me to business events; he has a bleached, blond Mohawk," said Becky. Her need to control usually does not cause conflict. "Gavin and I are pretty much always of the same opinion before anything things come up. We're very much aligned in our values, our goals, in what we want for each other," she said. THE DRIVEN Virginia stood out from everyone in her family. She had dreams. "I had goals and things I wanted to do," she said. "I was the driven one." Roger was Virginia's knight in shining armor. "He was the anchor. He was my first boyfriend. He took care of me. It was all about me," she said. She knew immediately that she was going to marry this man. He was not very well educated but he was a good decent man.
